 Saeed
Khoshnevis has been working with Mortgage
Options for the past 2 years. His career spans
15 years of sales and management experience in
the mortgage, computer, and hi-tech industry
along with years of experience as a real estate
investor.
Saeed has based his business motto on direct one
on one relationship with the borrower, lender
and realtor, managing every phase of the process
and updating of all of the parties involved,
from application to funding. His access to a
wide variety of lenders also allows him the
opportunity to find the most appropriate and
cost efficient lender for all clients,
especially those with credit and/or income
challenges.
His personal attention and follow up has
resulted in very close relationships with
realtors and also has provided a constant
referral flow from the borrowers and realtors
alike.
Saeed is married and lives in Laguna Niguel
along with his wife and two children. He enjoys
fishing, reading, camping, bicycling and is a
private pilot and member of AOPA (Aircraft
Owners and Pilots Association).
