Saeed’s business philosophy is simple: “The key to success is to create an ambience where people are happy.”

And that’s what he’s been doing at Mortgage Options since 1993.

Saeed did not choose a traditional path into the mortgage business. In college he was fascinated with science and technology. As a result, he graduated from CSU Fullerton with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1986.

“I loved the sciences. And I am still enthralled with science and technology today,” says Saeed. “But after graduating, I discovered my real talent and earning potential was in the people business.”

In December 1988, Saeed left the sciences and started working in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer Trainee.
